Cells morphology
UniStem hMSC Medium promotes excellent proliferation of hMSC from a variety of sources while maintaining normal fibroblast-like spindle shape cell morphology. wjMSC (P4~6) were showed as top panel, ADSC (P0+3~5) were showed as bottom panel.

Differentiation potential
wjMSC and ADSC expanded in UniStem hMSC Medium for 6-7 passages prior to trilineage differentiation. Representative images of stained adipocytes (Oil Red O), chondrocytes (Alcian Blue) and osteocytes (Alizarin Red). The cells maintain their multilineage differentiation potential. Magnification at 200X.

Phenotypic Analysis
hMSCs expanded in UniStem hMSC Medium after 3 passage culture kept their classical profile of markers stained for MSC positive surface markers and did not stain for hematopoietic markers.
